I just want to say the two entries for Siofra River need to be deleted and completely re-thought.

One map marker straight up hasn't existed for two years or is in Nokron and not Siofra near the bridge/golden seed marker.

The other instructions 'directly east of the hallowhorn grounds' either point to the horn bow underneath the hallowhorn grounds or the spiritspring loot to the east, neither of which have more than a Ghost Glovewort [2] available.

If there actually is any Glovewort 4 that you can get at the start of the game in Siofra, it's way past time for there to be video links or screenshots and not just map links.

The directions for every other location are accurate for the most part.

The page for the Minor Erdtree Catacombs has the ghost Glovewart 4 but it isn't listed here, I'm not sure if someone wants to add that or if it was left off on purpose?

There is not two of these in Siofra River, there is only 1.

I have no idea where the "Found in Siofra River, directly east of the upper Hallowhorn Grounds." is at all.

Do they mean from the Nokron side?

Nokron, Nokron...nah, place is Impossible to navigate. Volcano Manor...nah, not there yet, Shaded Castle? How dare you list that godforsaken place here? The mere mention of that hellhole locks you guys out of heaven. Of course its in a revenant as well. I dont need that damn flower anyways, thanks. I will never step a damn foot in there every again. Burn it to the ground and plant a nice forest there, never to be spoken about again. That place is almost as bad as those damn hero graves. Then again... sometimes, i go there for the prothesis. But before that, i go to church, bathe in holy water and pray to whatever is Hearing me, in hopes i get out of that place Witz my sanity intact.

Royal reveants drop these, the one in Sellia Hideaway is easy to farm. There is a little ledge where the Silver Fireflys are that you can jump up and the Revenant cannot get up the steps, just pelt it with your ranged weapon/spell of choice until dead.

Mate, you should've specified that you get there by going to Nokron first. It should be replaced with "Lowest waterfall in Nokron that leads down to Siofra River by the Dragonkin Soilder, down the path to the right of the boss. (Make a map link for the Dragonkin Soilder boss fight in Nokron)The material is found in a bush by the left end of the waterfall." Also, fix you false location for the one in "Siofra River". It's just a ledge that leads you plunging to your death. Put a little more effort in making it as accurate and reliable as possible, instead of half-assing the wiki. The game has been out for close to 3 months as of typing this, I'd expect that you actually know how to pinpoint an items location on a map by now.

You find this easiest by going to the Worshipper's Woods grace and heading south to find the fallen pillar that leads up to the teleporter. This is the same one that takes you to the Dragonkin Soldier fight, and once you go through, drop down the first cliff going forward, then go towards the waterfall on your right. At the far side of that, next to the tree, is the Glovewort.

The Ghost Glovewort (4) in the shaded Castle doesn't spawn on the rocks. It's the drop from killing the teleport mini boss on the west side outside couryard

To be more precise, the Shaded Castle one is dropped by the burrowed Royal Revenant in the courtyard northeast of Shaded Castle Inner Gate grace.

There is Ghost Glovewort in the Minor Erdtree catacombs. Drop down below the elevator platform, it's in the rot.

You can find ghost glovewort 4 in the Caelid Catacombs behind a large scarlet rot plant

It's also found in Caelid Catacombs along with a ghost glovewort 3. The catacomb is right next to the cathedral of dragon communion bonfire, down the cliff.
